WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THIS SERVICE:

Single room design only (great rooms or open floor plans will add $200 to the price and be charged separately.
Combined hours for consultation, shopping, and Styling 3hours for single room. Great rooms or open floor plans 4 hours.
Design Consultation to identify the style, needs and take measurements of the room.
Shopping by Designer for tailored-to-you décor and accessories
Designer's implementation and styling time (1 hours total for a single room) and 2hours total for a great room or open floor plan if additional hours are purchased).
Itemizing merchandise to purchase and return unwanted merchandise

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:

Cost of merchandise - the client must provide an initial deposit for items to be purchased and balance (if any) paid once items are approved.
Furniture
Handyman services
Specialty Art Hanging and/or Installation (Art hanging in rooms with cathedral height ceilings, Stairwells, or heavy art that requires a Professional Art Hanger, etc.)
Window Treatment Installation Services
Furniture moving services
Fresh flowers, live plants/trees, or centerpieces
Cleaning services

Any tasks requested that are beyond the designer’s ability.
HOW THIS WORKS:

STEP 1: Design Consultation — We meet at your home to review your existing accessories, identify what's needed, and establish the styling budget. At that time, we will collect half of the styling budget before we shop for you. In addition, we will take photos and measurements of key areas for our reference.
STEP 2: Done-for-You Shopping — We will shop on your behalf for accessories, décor, artwork, and more that are specific to your personal style aesthetic
STEP 3: The Styling Day — We come back to install and professionally style your room while you relax.
STEP 4: The Reveal — We will have a final walk-thru to approve all new merchandise and present the price list to purchase installed items. All unwanted merchandise will be packed and removed from the home.
